What are the withdrawal fees?

There is a $7 fee for withdrawing New Zealand Dollars from your Dasset Account to a domestic bank account. This is fee is charged by our banking partner. 

There is a nominal digital currency withdrawal fee that varies based on the digital currency. The withdrawal fee is paid to that digital currency network to process and validate the transaction on that network. Digital currency withdrawal fees vary by asset and are displayed when you withdraw the asset from your Dasset Account.

To make a withdrawal, log in to your Dasset Account and select "Balances" from the navigation bar. There is a "Withdraw" button next to each asset. You may need to scroll down the page to find the asset you would like to withdraw.

There is no charge for New Zealand Dollar bank transfer deposits and digital currency deposits.
