How long do national currency withdrawals take?

Withdrawing national currency, such as New Zealand Dollars, to your bank account typically takes 1-3 business days for domestic transfers and 2-5 business days for international transfers before the funds are available in your bank account for use. We are located in New Zealand, so all transfers to a NZ bank account are domestic.

We process withdrawal requests made before 2:30pm NZT on that same day. After we submit the withdrawal request to our bank, the withdrawal must be processed through the legacy financial system.

These are estimates only and additional delays in processing are always possible. You must withdraw funds to a bank account in your same name. Withdrawing funds to a different bank account will result in delays.

Example: If you submit a withdrawal after 5pm on Friday, your withdrawal will not be processed by us until Monday. It is likely you will not receive your withdrawal until Tuesday morning at the earliest, and possibly not until Wednesday.
